On Going Drama

For you who have been aking what is going on with our new location on Ahua st, and wondering whats been going on.

after we signed our link and gave our landlord, Edward Shari of Lincoln, auto our business plan and financials. He reneged on it and refused to sign off on our Solid Waste, recycling permit, the main reason was, he wanted to steal our electricity for his vacant lot next-door, when we stood up to his bullying and illegal tactics. He got belligerent and threatened to sue us, destroy our business, and not to sign off on our permit, unfortunately we've had to take legal action which Mr. Shari refuses to answer any of our lawyers responses, he refuses to sign off our permits to allow us to operate safely, claiming our insurance is not sufficient, our attorneys and his attorneys have agreed that everything is in place, so we are at a standstill till our landlord signs off on our Solid Waste permit so we are not taking any electronics  at this location it's been a very stressful period for us. We are spending money every month on a warehouse that we cannot use.
